Benchmark Senior Living and National Development acquire 71-apartment senior living community

Newtown, CT Benchmark Senior Living, a leading senior living provider in the Northeast, and National Development, a prominent real estate investment, development and management firm, have completed the acquisition of Church Hill Village. Renamed Benchmark at Newtown, Benchmark will operate the 71-apartment assisted living and memory care community.
