Norwalk, CT 131-135 New Canaan Ave., a 2,500 s/f auto mechanic shop, has been sold. The site consists of an automotive repair shop and an adjoining parcel. The property sold for $450,000. The seller was Pepper Partners and the purchaser was 131 New Canaan LLC. The plans for the property were not disclosed, although there is an automotive tenant in the building.
