Ceruzzi Holdings and Readco develop 25,000 s/f office for Hartford HealthCare

Stonington, CT Ceruzzi Holdings LLC completed the purchase of four acres of land in conjunction with Readco, LLC.  In August 2018, Ceruzzi and Readco received approvals for the development of a 25,000 s/f medical office building for Hartford HealthCare at 350 Liberty St. (Rte. 2), near the R.I. border. Construction of the facility commenced in September 2018 and is expected to be completed this summer.
