Milton, MA Acella Construction Corp., a leader in construction management throughout greater Boston, has completed construction of The Goddard School For Early Childhood Development located at 193 Central Ave., the former site of the Milton Hoosic Club. The project originally started over two years ago when a horrific fire of unknown origin destroyed the historic Hoosic Club building one month into construction.

Maugel DeStefano Architects to expand and renovate 48,000 s/f flex building

Bedford, MA Maugel DeStefano Architects is working with property owner, EQT Exeter; J. Calnan & Associates and Jaros, Baum & Bolles Consulting Engineers to enhance 36 Middlesex Tpke. to serve life science tenants.  The 48,000 s/f single-story flex building will undergo an expansion and renovation to upgrade the building’s entry and lobby and add 6,000 s/f of high-bay space to accommodate GMP tenants or other technical operations requiring height and heavy power.

Dorchester, MA MassBio has broken ground on new project Bioversity, its first workforce training center, at Southline Boston with community partners, key funders, city and state leaders and project developers in attendance. WS Development tops off 707,000 s/f net zero carbon office building

Boston, MA WS Development celebrated the topping off of One Boston Wharf, the city’s largest net zero carbon office building, in the Seaport district.  One Boston Wharf is a 707,000 s/f, 17-story building with ground floor retail and restaurant uses, as well as the 700-seat Seaport Performing Arts Center (SeaPAC) located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and 630,000 s/f of office space.
