for ColorWorks Acquisition LLC

Acton, MA Bernard Gibbons, senior vice president of ABG Commercial Realty, facilitated a 3,500 s/f retail lease for ColorWorks Acquisition LLC at 248-270 Great Rd. The owner of the property is East Acton Plaza LLC. ColorWorks is a leading provider of paint, wallpaper, and window treatments for both residential and commercial projects.

Orange, CT Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., has completed of the following transactions. Richetelli represented the seller, VCR, LLC, in the sale of 330 Boston Post Rd., a 7,450 s/f multi-tenant retail building on .85 acres. The buyer, Fahmy Khalil, was represented by Richard Ballou of Houlihan Lawrence.

facilitate lease for 97,455 s/f Bosse Pickleball

Boston, MA Freudenheim Partners have negotiated a lease agreement totaling 97,455 s/f at the Natick Mall. Bosse Pickleball LLC has committed to a 10-year lease. The agreement marks a transformative shift for the former Neiman Marcus building, owned by The Bulfinch Companies, originally slated for lab re-use. Now, it is set to emerge as a premier entertainment destination, showcasing a pickleball venue.

Dave’s Hot Chicken is known for their hot chicken, which started as a late-night pop up by three friends in a West Hollywood parking lot.
