Lyman Real Estate brokers two sales totaling $1.25 million

Bloomfield, CT The building originally built for Party City at 854 West Main St., Rte. 1, Branford, has been sold, according to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate. Lyman was the agent for the buyer, Nikita Wang of LA-IN-USA, LLC, of Guilford. The seller, Sangita Gopani of Branford Realty Trust, LLC, was represented by Jeffrey Kravet of Kravet Realty. The Lannan Company receives approval for 17,900 s/f Flagstone Crossing

Hudson, NH The Lannan Company, Inc. received full planning board approval on November 6th for the development of Flagstone Crossing, a new 17,900 s/f single-story retail shopping center located at 2 Flagstone Dr.  Starbucks (2,200 s/f) and DCU (5,000 s/f) have already signed leases, with several other tenants in negotiation.
