What trends are you seeing in your field this year? When I joined the construction industry 25 years ago, women held a minority of positions in administrative roles only. While a gender gap still exists, it’s been exciting to see more women in construction
What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? A new 200,000 s/f GMP-grade mRNA clinical manufacturing facility in Norwood, Mass. for Moderna Therapeutics.
Who or what inspired you to join the construction industry? I joined the construction industry to carry on my family business, never really considering the many times that I would be the “first” or “only” woman in the room.
What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? The Thorndike Exchange in downtown Lowell was an incredible project to be associated with as a construction consultant.
