How have your life experiences impacted who you are professionally? It certainly has given perspective. I have five children and two grandchildren. I also have a wife who has been struggling with maladies that keep her from working.
What do you consider to be your greatest professional accomplishment in the past 12 months? Completing several build-outs in an office building totaling over 100,000 s/f, on schedule and at or below budget.
