What do you think makes a successful lawyer? Besides intelligence and knowing the law, the key to success is knowing your client’s business, including learning the culture, getting to know the key decision-makers and understanding what drives the business. Armed with this knowledge, a lawyer can give targeted, results-oriented advice in an expeditious manner.

Advice/Keys to Success: My advice would be to not worry about what anyone else is doing or the work that they are doing. To always strive to be your own personal best and to never stop pushing yourself to be better regardless of gender, age, or race. You can do it.

What was your most notable project in 2017? I would have to say Noquochoke Village, a new construction, affordable housing project in Westport, MA. Noquochoke was my most notable project because of the Wampanoag Tribal restrictions on the land.
Advice/Keys to Success: Keep your mind open to learning as things change constantly. Work well with your piers as each project is a team effort. Be mindful of safety and quality as both result in a successful project and often times repeat customers. Communicate well and constantly; there’s no such thing as too much information.
What was your most notable project in 2017?...I had the opportunity last year to get another health care project under my belt by renovating a wing at the Provincetown Health Center to help Outer Cape Health Services provide better care to their patients.
