Advice/Keys to Success: My keys to success are to go above and beyond what is asked of you and do a good job! I often ask to take on projects that were outside of my scope of work, but I thought would be a challenge to me and would help me grow professionally.
If you had a mentor in your career, who was it and what did they teach you? Finding and building a relationship with an experienced and trusted advisor can be challenging. A mentor provides guidance, motivation and emotional support to enable one to achieve or exceed goals and career aspirations.
