What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? One recent project that I am most proud of is our team’s support of our client’s pending real estate acquisition. The client is pursuing a mixed-use development with a complex site history.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Our firm recently relocated to a new building in Natick, Mass., where we’ve created a purposefully designed office space that fosters collaboration and innovation. From acquisition to construction, this project was a full team effort, and I’m immensely proud of the work environment we’ve built.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? ESG is a core principle of Bulfinch and remains an important focus for our investors, tenants, and company leadership. I proudly led the coordination efforts on projects designed to maximize energy savings and the enhancement of sustainable transportation options.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? We’re thrilled to be working on two significant projects in the academic sector. At Endicott College we serve as their program manager, overseeing the design and construction of their new residence hall and managing pre-construction for various future campus improvement projects.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? The accomplishment I am most proud of is working to establish Northstar, an owner’s project management firm, as a market leader in the life science sector for corporate and institutional clients.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of the affordable housing projects that I have worked on, most recently The Westcott at Swampscott by Winn Development, which is under construction now. This project will bring 114 mixed-income apartments to the town of Swampscott, which is becoming increasingly important in today’s housing markets. I am proud to be some part of improving the lives of others, even a small one.
