What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? One of Samuels & Associates’ longstanding values is to be true partners with our local tenants. We are more than a developer or landlord; we are invested in the health of the neighborhood and our tenants.
What does it take to succeed in your specific industry? Success in commercial real estate brokerage is subjective. It is truly an entrepreneurial job, so you get out what you put in. However, it is much easier to be successful with a great team and great mentors. I am lucky to have that at Horvath & Tremblay.
What does it take to succeed in your specific industry? I think one of the major elements of being successful in the environmental and wetland science industry is to recognize environmental project constraints right away and address them with clients
What does it take to succeed in your specific industry? Being fair. It’s a tough industry to have a career in, you need some thick skin and broad shoulders. But everything we do is a team effort. Be fair and success will follow.

What does it take to succeed in your specific industry? In one word, “thinking.” In geotechnical engineering we deal with site conditions that vary regionally to variable across a site.
What does it take to succeed in your specific industry? As an architect, you need passion, thick skin, and strong communication skills. A true love of design is critical to succeeding, and surviving, in this industry.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? One major benefit in the engineering project management line of work is that success is found by making the clients you work for successful.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? A little over a year ago, we completed an energy audit at a university lab building. For the past 15 years, I have been in (mostly) building commissioning
