Meridian Capital Group arranges $17.5 million in financing

Norwalk, CT Meridian Capital Group arranged $17.5 million for the refinance of SONO 50, a class-A office property. The seven-year loan, provided by a regional bank, features a rate of 3.6% and one year of interest-only payments. This transaction was negotiated by Meridian managing director, Tamir Kazaz, and vice president, Eli Finkel.
