building for $15.5 million

Greenwich, CT CBRE has completed the $15.5 million sale of 53 Forest Ave., a 43,985 s/f office building.  Jeffrey Dunne, Steven Bardsley, Travis Langer, and Daniel Blumenkrantz of CBRE’s Institutional Properties Group represented the owner, Collins 53 Forest LLC, an entity managed by Collins Capital Partners LLC, in the sale. The team also procured the buyer, HBN 53 Forest, LLC, which is managed by HB Nitkin, a regional commercial real estate owner.
