Boyle of LandVest facilitates sale of C&C Reading Farm

West Bridgewater, MA C&C Reading Farm in Southeastern Massachusetts has a new owner following its sale. The 74-acre farm sold for $1.5 million with the personal property (farm equipment, etc.) sold for an additional $300,000. Terry Boyle of LandVest represented the seller. 

Ogasapian of R.W. Holmes leases 18,634 s/f at 205 Wildwood Ave.

Woburn, MA R.W. Holmes said that Electric Supply Center (ESC) has leased an additional 18,634 s/f of industrial space at 205 Wildwood Ave., bringing the building to full occupancy. Mike Ogasapian, vice president at R.W. Holmes, worked on behalf of the property owner, Atlantic Management, marketing additional space before securing an expansion with ESC, who now occupies the entire 135,000 s/f building.

Marks and Andre join JLL brokeage team

Petrovick promoted to director at Elaine Construction

Newton, MA Caroline Petrovick has been promoted to director, academic sector at Elaine Construction Co. Petrovick joined Elaine Construction in 2017 bringing with her experience as both a practicing architect and a project manager in her role overseeing capital design and construction projects at Harvard University.
