Braintree, MA The Conrad Group, in conjunction with McPherson Corp., has leased 11,728 s/f of office space at 100 Grandview Rd. The building is a four-story first-class office building overlooking Rte. 128. The new tenant is Braintree Labs, a division of Sebela Pharmaceuticals. The building will serve as Braintree Labs corporate headquarters.
