Danbury, CT Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of Holiday Inn Danbury-Bethel, a 112-room hospitality property. The asset sold for $8.27 million. Jerry Swon, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Swon.

Walpole, MA James Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP) represented the seller, Ellen Rosenfeld, in the sale of 2140 Providence Hwy. for $3.65 million. He was the sole broker of record in this transaction. “James immediately went into action and took every step imaginable to get my building in front of as many potential buyers as possible,” said Rosenfeld.

Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $6.36 million. Del Alba Plaza is located at 1 Dan Fox Dr. The property consists of a free-standing 61,935 s/f Stop & Shop, a Stop & Shop gas station (2,000 s/f), and a three-unit 8,184 s/f satellite building leased to two regional tenants.

Putnam, CT CHILLAX, a prominent cannabis retailer, is set to open its doors in the Tractor Supply shopping center located at 97 Providence Pike (Rte. 44).
