Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay and Matt Nadler of Horvath & Tremblay sold a Berkshire Bank at 927 Farmington Ave. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $3.65 million.

Fitchburg, MA Taylor Saulnier, CCIM of MANSARD facilitated the sale of Parkhill Plaza, a 55,000 s/f retail center in for $5.8 million. MANSARD represented the seller, Aubuchon Realty Company and the buyer, A1Q Park Hill Plaza via a private sale process.

Portland, ME Allagash Brewing Company is opening The Cellars, a tasting space at the brewery’s home. The Cellars will allow guests to sample, and learn about, small-batch beers.
