Providence, RI Grove Property Group completed the $11.3 million sale of a 43-unit, 128-bedroom student housing portfolio spanning 15 buildings in the city, which closed last week. Grove Property Group represented both sides of the transaction, with Harry Verenis representing the seller, D & D Realty, and Ryan Quinn and John Federico representing the buyer, GROMA

Leominster, MA Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of a Starbucks, UPS Store and IC Credit union in Leominster. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and secured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $5.18 million.

Lee, NH William Peck of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of two multi-family transactions totaling $7.145 million.  The Mast Road Portfolio, a 30-unit multi-family portfolio, sold for $5.12 million and 72 Oak St.

Melrose, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have facilitated the sale of 47 units spread across two multi-family properties in totaling $13.7 million. Kelleher and Pentore facilitated the sale of 333 Main St. and 447 Pleasant St.

Marlborough, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs (NAI GKJ) has completed sale of 401 Elm St. – a 134,648 s/f industrial/flex building situated on a 36-acre parcel – for $13.5 million. The transaction was exclusively facilitated by founding principal Jim Glickman, vice president Cody Miner, and vice president Jonah Glickman, who represented the seller.

Taunton, MA The Davis Companies (Davis) negotiated a new lease with Downeast Global Logistics LLC (Downeast), a New England regional extension of SEKO Logistics’ global supply chain network, at 530 John Hancock Rd. Downeast will occupy 107,055 s/f beginning in August 2026 and will leverage the space to expand its distribution operations.

Billerica, MA Colliers has arranged a new 88,000 s/f lease at 23 Esquire Rd. on behalf of property owners Marcus Partners and Rhino Capital Advisors. The deal was facilitated by a Colliers team led by vice president Dan Driscoll, executive vice president Greg Klemmer, executive vice president Tim Brodigan, senior advisor Anne Coe, and advisor Will Torrence. The tenant, Frontrunner Bus Group, was represented by Newmark.
