Stamford, CT Choyce Peterson, Inc. has negotiated a new headquarters lease on behalf of Pantheon Electric, a global electrical infrastructure platform providing electrical solutions. The 4,853 s/f office is located at 100 First Stamford Pl. Choyce Peterson principal John Hannigan represented Pantheon Electric in the transaction.

Waltham, Ma Anchor Line Partners, LLC and Northwood Investors, LLC have secured a long-term lease with biotechnology company Stoke Therapeutics at 245 Fifth Ave. Stoke plans to relocate to its new 98,500 s/f headquarters when the company’s current lease in Bedford, Mass. ends in late 2026.
