What a great turnout we had for this year’s 2nd annual Summer Mixer hosted by our affiliate committee in conjunction with NHCIBOR Cares. Thank you to Scott Kingsley, chair of the Summer Mixer committee, for organizing such a large group. It was great to see our broker and affiliate members making new connections and enjoying a nice evening filled with good food, beer and wine tastings, and a great selection of door prizes and silent auction items.  

Dover, NH Catie Medeiros of The Kane Company has fully leased the commercial space in a mixed-used building. The building located at 44 Portland Ave. was constructed in 2015 and Medeiros transacted all of the commercial leasing for the landlord.

Alas, summer is coming to an end. Many of us have had our fill of the heat, and rain, etc... It was legitimately the hottest summer in N.H. on record (I think) but then again, compared to the rest of the country, not so bad! Maybe the heat kept everyone in their office enjoying the air conditioning to work on deals?

Concord, NH NAI Norwood Group completed the sale of 6 Loudon Rd. for $5.6 million. The 60,000 s/f office building constructed in 1976 is home to a number of businesses including Bankers Life, GraphOn, and Absolute Title LLC.

Manchester, NH Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, has promoted two long-time employees.

Somersworth, NH Eastern Bank has provided a $2.5 million construction loan to Dover-based developer Summit Land Development (Summit) for ground-up construction of an 8,500 s/f building at 5 Terrascape Pkwy. along Somersworth’s “Medical Mile.” 

Nashua, NH Prolman Realty, Inc. handled the lease of  9 Main St. to Sky Market. According to Mark Prolman and Lisa Ferrari who represented the lessor, CAZ Holdings, LLC and assisted the lessee. 

Tilton, NH Summit Realty Partners, Inc. completed a lease transaction with Clear Choice MD Urgent Care who plans to construct a 2,400 s/f building on a pad site at Tilton Plaza.
