The 4,752 s/f automotive sales and service facility is on 2.437 acres and is equipped with six drive-in doors, floor drains, lifts and has visibility on Rte. 18. The building formerly served as the showroom of Marquis Motor Cars. 

Lynn, MA North Shore Realty Advisors Inc. brokered the sale of The School House Apartments located at 505-509 Chatham St. The property has not been available to the open market since 1984. The School House Apartments is a three-story residential brick 12-unit with 12 off-street parking spaces, and an on-site laundry facility.

Providence, RI Compass negotiated the sale of ‘Moses Brown Ives House’, 10 Brown St., on the East Side for $4.325 million. Bob Walsh, sales associate of Compass Providence, represented the seller. According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, this transaction represents one of the top three residential sales ever in Providence, and the highest sale in Rhode Island’s capital city, year-to-date.*

KARL STORZ had previously occupied 140,000 s/f and expanded its footprint in this transaction by 85,000 s/f.

Danbury, CT Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of Holiday Inn Danbury-Bethel, a 112-room hospitality property. The asset sold for $8.27 million. Jerry Swon, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Swon.

Walpole, MA James Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP) represented the seller, Ellen Rosenfeld, in the sale of 2140 Providence Hwy. for $3.65 million. He was the sole broker of record in this transaction. “James immediately went into action and took every step imaginable to get my building in front of as many potential buyers as possible,” said Rosenfeld.

Pittsfield, MA Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of the Stop & Shop-anchored Del Alba Plaza. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $6.36 million. Del Alba Plaza is located at 1 Dan Fox Dr. The property consists of a free-standing 61,935 s/f Stop & Shop, a Stop & Shop gas station (2,000 s/f), and a three-unit 8,184 s/f satellite building leased to two regional tenants.
