The principals of the ownership participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially unveil the property, along with several town officials, and representatives from the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce. Tours of the community were offered immediately following the ribbon cutting.

The Berry Farms clubhouse was designed to mimic a pre-existing farmhouse on site, and houses a community room with entertainment kitchen, business center, conference room, and a fitness center.

Additional community amenities include a swimming pool with BBQ area, fire pit, and walking trails. The apartment homes offer features such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, vinyl plank flooring, oversized windows and sliding glass doors, and a patio or balcony.

The top floor units have 12’ cathedral ceilings, and the apartments at the back of the property overlook several acres of open space.

With offices in Massachusetts and Maryland and more than 15,000 residential units throughout the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions, The Dolben Company, Inc. is built on a deep heritage of performance and stewardship. Since 1929, four generations of the Dolben family have upheld a proud tradition of unparalleled success and profitability, fulfilling the property and investment needs for a wide array of businesses, financial institutions, organizations and private investors.
