Wettenstein of Vidal/Wettenstein leases 5,745 s/f to American Advanced Automation Co.

Stratford, CT According to Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, partner with Vidal/Wettenstein, American Advanced Automation Co. will be relocating to 190 Charles St. The 5,745 s/f lease was culminated to accommodate American Advanced Automations (AAA) growth within the company. 

AAA was established in 2016 and has engaged itself in the revitalized growth of the state’s industrial market. Although geared towards automation, they have diversified into many facets of industrial growth, including aerospace support technology, manufacturing new as well as upgrading of automation and test systems to the industries current technologies.

The building also houses the Edwin Gaynor Co. which provides molding and die cutting for the lighting industry. 

Wettenstein was the listing broker and had represented AAA.
