Southington, CT Thomas Wilks and Andrew Hale of OR&L Commercial, LLC has sold an office/bank building at 158 North Main St. The property is a 2-story, 5,284 s/f former bank on 1.03 acres. The location was formerly occupied by People’s United Bank

O’Halloran Realty sells 270 Saugatuck Ave.

WESTPORT, CT Daniel Neaton represented O’Halloran Realty Company Associates in the sale of 270 Saugatuck Ave.  The brick and stone office building is zoned for commercial use and was the former headquarters to William Phelps Eno and Eno Foundation in the late 1800s. 

Vidal/Wettenstein sells 515 Fan Hill Rd. - $1.2m

Monroe, CT The 17,860 s/f industrial building at 515 Fan Hill Rd. has been sold to the Redco Audio, Inc. The sale price was $1.2 million or $67.19 per s/f. The building had formerly been occupied by Stancor Pumps. Redco will be using the building for Redco Audio, SpaceLift Attic Lift, and Earmark Communications.

George J. Smith & Son sells 14,000 s/f office

Milford, CT Deforest Smith, CCIM, SIOR, president of George J. Smith & Son Commercial and Investment Real Estate sold a 14,000 s/f office on Broad St. at the head of Milford Green. The seller was 1639, LLC. The buyer, Diving Rock Partners, LLC is a group of local investors.

Neeson of Press/Cuozzo Comm’l. sells 2.3 acre parcel for $750,000

NORTH HAVEN, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services said that senior advisor, Joel Nesson arranged the sale of 356-360 State St. The combined sites, total 2.3 acres with 200’ frontage on State St, at a signalized corner.
