th Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors of Connecticut. Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services, has completed the sale of 335 Putnam Ave., a 46,500 s/f industrial building on 3.45 acres. The building had been converted to a call center in 1999 and operated in that capacity for many years, most recently by Frontier Communications.
