Scott Crowley, Dan Linscott, Alian Lyons, and Luis Padilla recently advanced their positions at the commercial real estate firm.   Former Woburn grounds team leader Crowley has advanced to associate manager of the firm’s 2.3 million s/f portfolio in Beverly.

Vermont passes legislation to regulate cannabis for adults

Burlington, VT The Vermont legislature recently sent a bill to the desk of governor Phil Scott that would regulate cannabis for adults and allow for legal commercial cultivation, processing, testing, and sales. The governor allowed the bill to become law without his signature, as well as signing separate legislation to ease the expungement process for cannabis convictions.

Project of the Month: Vantage Builders completes 13,000 s/f build-out of cannabis dispensary for GreenStar Herbals

Dracut, MA Vantage Builders, Inc., a general contracting, construction management and design-build firm based in Waltham, Mass., has completed the build-out of GreenStar Herbals’ first recreational cannabis dispensary. The 13,000 s/f shop, located at 76 Pleasant St., opened on October 5th. GreenStar offers a wide variety of recreational cannabis products, including flowers, tinctures, oils, salves, patches, and various edible choices.
