East Boston, MA A 15,943 s/f combined key urban re-development site in the city’s Orient Heights neighborhood was sold to the MG2 Group of Quincy for $2.2 million. Boston City Group, Inc.’s Caroline Ligotti, Emily McGranaghan and Linda Redeker, brokers at Coldwell Banker on Boylston St., represented the seller, Robert Katz. 

Hughes of New Dover Associates represents CIL Cedar in $21 million sale - Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co. represents the buyer, IPG Photonics Corp.

Marlborough, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. represented the seller, CIL Cedar LLC in the sale of 225 Cedar Hill St. The property sold for $21 million. The buyer, IPG Photonics Corp., was represented by James Stubblebine, vice president of The Stubblebine Co.

Nohrden of Burgess Properties, Inc. brokers $25 million sale

Medford, MA Burgess Properties Inc. brokered the sale of 970 Fellsway, for $25 million. The 287,570 s/f facility on 7.85 acres was the long-term home of Medford Self Storage. It features on-site MBTA bus access, visibility on the Fellsway (Rte. 28), and is near I-93. 

Industrial Caulk & Seal completes Amazon distribution center

North Haven, CT Following the completion of a new Baltimore Amazon distribution center in 2018, Industrial Caulk & Seal (ICS) was awarded the 1 million s/f Amazon distribution center in North Haven and completed the facility in March.

Washington Trust provides $17.4 million financing for 40,897 s/f office building

Westport, CT Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group provided $17.4 million in financing to Maplewood Gorham Island, LLC, for the acquisition of a class-A office building on Gorham Island. Originally built in 1986, the three-story, 40,897 s/f building is located on a private island on the Saugatuck River.
