Portland, ME Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) completed the sale of a fully approved hotel development site at the former Rufus Deering Lumber Co. in downtown. The HFF team represented the seller, Reger Dasco Properties, and procured the buyer/developer Norwich Partners, LLC.

The building contains two units, one leased by a medical laboratory and the other to be used by the buyer. The property sits on .45 acres.

City of Framingham selects Pace for bike share system

Framingham, MA The city of Framingham has granted an exclusive two-year license to bicycle share provider Zagster, setting the stage to begin operation of its “Pace” service in the spring. Pace is a new, modern bike share service for cities and colleges powered by Zagster. Pace will begin a pilot project with at least 50 bikes across the city and scale up to match rider demand.

Skanska sells 17-story 400,342 s/f 121 Seaport for $455 million - sale arranged by Maher, Pullen and Tribble of NKF

Boston, MA Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has completed the $455 million all cash sale of 121 Seaport in the Seaport District, to a joint venture between American Realty Advisors and Norges Bank Real Estate Management. On behalf of Skanska, vice chairman Edward Maher, executive managing director Matthew Pullen and managing director James Tribble of NKF’s Boston Capital Markets team oversaw the transaction of the newly-constructed, 17-story, 400,342 s/f office tower.
