What advice would you offer to women getting into the industry? My advice to women looking to enter the industry is to explore the vast opportunities that exist in the trades, perhaps starting with apprenticeships, internships, or co-ops.
What advice would you offer to women getting into the industry? Discover and develop your strengths! The building industry is diverse and offers a wealth of opportunities to be involved in any aspect of the built environment
In the past year, what project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? If I had to identify one specific deal, it would be my recent involvement with advising an entire family on several large DST investments.
In the past year, what project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? My team and I were successful in securing city of Boston Article 80 zoning approval of a 10-year master plan for Boston Medical Center.
What advice would you offer to women getting into the CRE industry? Do not take “no” for an answer. You may have to rethink or do something differently, but look for a way to find a solution to the challenge.
What has been your biggest challenge and how have you faced it? Seven years ago, I made the jump from an underwriting role to an originations role. It was terrifying. I wondered all the time if I was failing
