What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? This month I closed the biggest and most complex deal of my real estate career. It was a 36-unit building at 19-23 Avon Place in Springfield that sold for $2.995 million.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Our security division recently completed a multi-faceted project for a therapeutics client that involved security access control, IP cameras, and sound masking. The end-user client and property management group had high standards and expectations.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of the work our multifamily studio has accomplished over the past four years. During that time, our team has designed more than 3,000 units of housing ranging from affordable to luxury.
One thing on my bucket list: One thing I have had on my bucket list for a while is to ski Tuckerman’s Ravine with my dad. It is one of those things we have talked about for a handful of years and have not gotten around to.
When I am not working, I am: Outside of work I love to travel and spend time with my family (including my dog) and friends. I also recently just moved to a new neighborhood of Boston so I’ve been enjoying exploring/getting to know the new area!
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? The project I am most proud of is the switchgear upgrade for a research & development company in Cambridge, Mass. We faced some logistical challenges as this upgrade would require two separate full building power shutdowns throughout the project,
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of my role on MIT’s Volpe redevelopment project in Kendall Sq. Six years ago I started with master planning for the 14-acre site, and now I am the project architect for one of the buildings on the site.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? A recent accomplishment I am proud of is having completed my first project as project manager. During this transition, I was exposed to new challenges that I had not faced as a project engineer.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I recently had the opportunity to help several business owners to secure financing for the purchase of commercial real estate. In certain instances, this was their first commercial loan and real estate purchase.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am currently representing a property developer in litigation against a town that purported to terminate a purchase and sale agreement it had signed with my client relating to a historic town property.
