Who or what inspired you to join the AEC industry? In high school, I didn’t know what I wanted to do, but then I found mechanical drawing and loved it. What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? No doubt, maintaining relationships. The principles that guide me go something like this: 1. Choose your company wisely and make sure they can deliver. If they can’t, it’s time to move on.
