Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay, and Brad Canova of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of a new-construction Big Y World Class Market in Uxbridge. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $5,602,714, and a cap-rate of 5.8%.
