Northborough, MA Custom golf club fitter Club Champion has opened its new fitting studio, located at 10010 Shops Way. The store is open and accepting fitting appointments. This is Club Champion’s third location in Massachusetts. Capital Group Properties arranged the 3,100 s/f lease last spring.

Portland, ME The Vermont Flannel Company has opened a new location leasing 1,377 s/f of retail space at 432 Fore St. In May, the company opened its first Maine location at 47 Main St. in Freeport. Expansion into the state is a milestone for the company, marking its first venture beyond the borders of Vermont, where the company currently operates six stores.

Lynnfield, MA MarketStreet celebrates its 10th anniversary the entire month of September, after opening in 2013. The property unveils Mi Casa Your Casa 2.0, an interactive art installation, as well as a series of family friendly activities, limited-edition birthday bash swag, and special offers from a number of MarketStreet businesses. 

New Britain, CT Sherwin-Williams has opened its newly constructed store at 972 West Main St. The store officially opened its doors on March 21st of this year, offering a modern retail experience and a wide range of high-quality paint and accessories for both residential and commercial projects.

Chestnut Hill, MA The Street Chestnut Hill released a new pop-up experience by Onyx Boutique, now open at the property through 2023. Shoppers will discover the latest in women’s fashion and accessories curated by local entrepreneur and owner of Onyx Boutique, Kristen Beauvais. 

Boston, MA Architecture and interior design firm PCA, working in partnership with celebrated chef and TV personality Tiffani Faison and her Boston-based restaurant group, Big Heart Hospitality, completed design for the 70s-and-80s-inspired restaurant Tenderoni’s Fenway.

Northborough, MA Capital Group Properties has arranged a lease for a new location for the School of Rock, a music education school for all ages, at Northborough Crossing, a premier open-air retail developmen. School of Rock will occupy 3,000 s/f in the development’s out-parcel pad building, and the new location is anticipated to open in late 2023.

Danbury, CT Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of two properties in New England for a total of $4,792,400. Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of the Chipotle Plaza. Horvath and Tremblay exclusively represented the seller to complete the transaction at a sale price of $3,271,400. Chipotle Plaza is located at 81 Newtown Rd.

Kingston, MA Second Horizon Capital has closed on its acquisition of Kingston Collection, a 473,000 s/f retail space. With this acquisition, Second Horizon Capital continues its work of transforming challenged commercial real estate projects and aims to make Kingston Collection a vibrant and entertaining community hub for the South Shore. 

Newington, MA Torrington Properties (Torrington) has acquired the Mall at Fox Run from Morgan Stanley. The more than 250,000 s/f mall is home to over sixty stores and restaurants, including local and national retailers such as Seacoast Cars & Coffee, Aeropostale, American Eagle, Bath & Body Works, H&M, LOFT, Men’s Wearhouse and Yankee Candle.

Somerville, MA Atlantic Retail has sold 65-75 Mystic Ave. The 11.5-acre property inclusive of Home Depot is located in the Assembly Square neighborhood. The transaction was facilitated by David Smookler and Peter Considine who represented the seller, I-93 Somerville, LLC and Tony Ciccolo who represented the buyer, Cabot, Cabot & Forbes (CC&F) and Cannon Hill Capital Partners.

Burlington, MA The Town of Burlington is bringing back their September Town Center Beer Garden & Local Business Fest Thursdays promoting the support of local businesses and regional breweries. Beginning Thursday, September 7, various New England-based breweries will be on location serving their specialty beverages along with a variety of non-alcohol options from 4:30pm-8:30pm.
