Meta Materials Inc., a developer of high-performance functional materials and intelligent surfaces, leased 12,655 s/f. R.W. Holmes vice presidents Jim Bartholomew and Mike Ogasapian represented Meta Materials and the owner, K&L Realty.

Hanover, MA Paul Durgin, vice president of Conway Commercial, brokered the sale of 35 Hanover St. for $1.5 million. The property included three buildings: a multi-level office building, a warehouse with an office above, and a garage.
