What is one project or achievement in your career that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community? There are not too many professions that impact your community for your entire career, but construction is certainly one of them. I started out as a senior project buyer in custom architectural millwork where i was the buyer on some amazing projects.

What is one project or achievement in your career that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community? Vantage Builders recently broke ground on a project for Melmark New England, that will create a live/learn/work campus for adults with autism and developmental disabilities.

What is one project or achievement in your career that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community? I have had the privilege of working on large-scale commercial construction projects overseas. One particularly notable project in Cotai, Macau, was nearly $5 billion

What trends or innovations do you believe will shape the future of your field, and how are you positioning yourself (or your firm) to be at the forefront? Artificial intelligence and robotics are helping enhance efficiency in the building process. Robotics, in particular, are being used to create precise layouts and help identify and resolve design issues before construction begins.

What is one project or achievement in your career that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community? In 2021, I worked as a resident engineer on a project that brought water to an indigenous community in remote Colombia.

What is one project or achievement in your career that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community? My greatest achievement isn’t just one project but being part of many successful builds and incredible teams at Commodore Builders.
