What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024?  We had the opportunity to sell a 116-unit apartment complex in Bridgeport CT that just closed on December 12th for $14.1 million. The building had been held by the same family since they built the property 54 years ago.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024?  This past year has been exciting for me as Hancock Village exceeded 1,300 apartment homes with the addition of 501 new single-level and 48 new townhome units, along with the new 25,000 s/f Community Center.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024?  One of my most notable transactions in 2024 was representing ABA Centers of America in leasing a 10,900 s/f office at 35 Industrial Way, Rochester, NH. ABA Centers, recognized as No. 5 on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts?  New England’s emphasis on education is reflected in its leading institutions, which are increasingly prioritizing sustainability across their campuses and in their buildings.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts?  We’ve noticed that pricing for multi-tenant retail and multifamily has remained strong despite a stringent lending environment and higher mortgage rates.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts?  Northern 1031 Exchange recently demonstrated our commitment to comprehensive financial planning by facilitating a nuanced real estate transaction that addressed the unique needs

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts?  As much of the nation grappled with the commercial real estate headwinds of 2024 - lingering office vacancy, high interest rates and local regulatory changes – we shifted our focus to diverse opportunities on university campuses

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts?  Increasingly, affordable housing developers must rely on their ability to cobble together an alphabet soup of competitively awarded funding sources.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2025?  In 2025, I believe we’ll see a resurgence of tenant improvement projects, as companies continue to implement their “back to work” plans.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts?  The conversion of commercial office buildings in downtown city locations to mixed-use and residential will continue for the next few years as the corporate world reshapes itself after COVID.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024?  20 Years Strong - We hung out our shingle back on March 17, 2004, so this year RJOC celebrated its 20-year anniversary.
