East Boston, MA New York Life Real Estate Investors, on behalf of New York Life Insurance Company, completed the $97 million financing of Portside II at East Pier, a 296 unit, multifamily property. The borrower is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corp.

DPS Group and Hodess Cleanroom Construction complete 27,000 s/f facility for Mustang Bio

Worcester, MA DPS Group and Hodess Cleanroom Construction have completed a proprietary cell therapy manufacturing facility for Mustang Bio, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. Mustang Bio engaged Hodess as prime consultant on the design/build project, and Hodess selected DPS Group for its depth of experience designing current cGMP manufacturing facilities. DPS Group’s Boston office provided architectural and engineering services for the new facility.
