South Burlington, VT University Mall (UMall) has followed through with the addition of two fast casual options. Dave's Hot Chicken will open its first location in Vermont, while Jersey Mike's Subs will open their second location. Dave's Hot Chicken is known for their hot chicken, which started as a late-night pop up by three friends in a West Hollywood parking lot.
