What’s one challenge you’ve overcome in your career so far, and what did it teach you? At my prior firm, when unexpected circumstances left a gap on our real estate finance team during peak season, I stepped up and assumed the additional work as lead attorney – despite not having prior experience leading these transactions.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? A recent professional milestone I am most proud of is being recognized for my hard work and dedication by being promoted to Senior Project Manager. I pride myself on delivering exceptional client service, starting with proper planning while also being adaptable to best problem solve our clients ever- changing needs.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? One of the projects I’m most proud of was helping a nonprofit Catholic high school, Notre Dame Cristo Rey, acquire a new campus in Methuen. The school serves a predominantly low- income student population, and the transition to a new facility was critical to its continued success.
If you could give advice to someone just starting out in your field, what would it be? My biggest piece of advice to someone starting out is to always ask questions and be curious. There were a lot of industry- standard architectural terms and processes I didn’t understand or know about when I was just starting out - and that’s OK!
If you could give advice to someone just starting out in your field, what would it be? One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in commercial real estate is the value of introducing yourself. Relationship- building is at the core of this business, and it starts with making connections with people at every level, whatever their title or experience may be.

I’m incredibly proud of leading HBRE’s tenant engagement evolution by creating a dynamic, community-driven workplace experience that’s personalized and data-informed. What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I’m most proud of delivering the first phase of infrastructure and the first residential building-Amaya-at the Suffolk Downs redevelopment on time and on budget. It’s rewarding to see Amaya’s lease up actively combat the housing crisis and watch vibrant spaces like Beachmont Sq. come to life.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I am proud to be part of my company’s rollout of new portfolio loan programs for low- to- moderate income and first- time homebuyers. This group is broader than you might think, including young professionals, educators, first responders, and retail workers.

Their business has not only thrived in their new space, but it has also spawned a thriving community that surrounds the business. Commercial real estate professionals play a pivotal role in the communities we serve, and sometimes we are fortunate to play a role in building our communities up while bringing them closer together.
