What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I recently managed the acquisition of a large property in Westborough for a life-sciences biomanufacturing campus. The transaction is both significant in scale and impact – this site is poised to become one of the best-located biomanufacturing campuses in the state.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? In fall of 2022 we completed an eight-building residential campus for Amego, Inc., an organization that supports people with autism and other developmental disabilities. The project consisted of six group homes (3,600 s/f each) that collectively house 42 people.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Since 2006, Lauring Construction has worked with Nichols College, a private business school in Dudley, Mass., completing more than 20 projects. Recently, the company finished a seven-phase renovation of Lombard Dining Hall. This was a six-phase renovation of the existing dining hall.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? We have worked with Assumption University in Worcester for more than 40 years. One of our recent projects was a three-story 41,000 s/f health sciences building with an accompanying two-story parking garage.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? This month I closed the biggest and most complex deal of my real estate career. It was a 36-unit building at 19-23 Avon Place in Springfield that sold for $2.995 million.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Our security division recently completed a multi-faceted project for a therapeutics client that involved security access control, IP cameras, and sound masking. The end-user client and property management group had high standards and expectations.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of the work our multifamily studio has accomplished over the past four years. During that time, our team has designed more than 3,000 units of housing ranging from affordable to luxury.
One thing on my bucket list: One thing I have had on my bucket list for a while is to ski Tuckerman’s Ravine with my dad. It is one of those things we have talked about for a handful of years and have not gotten around to.
When I am not working, I am: Outside of work I love to travel and spend time with my family (including my dog) and friends. I also recently just moved to a new neighborhood of Boston so I’ve been enjoying exploring/getting to know the new area!
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? The project I am most proud of is the switchgear upgrade for a research & development company in Cambridge, Mass. We faced some logistical challenges as this upgrade would require two separate full building power shutdowns throughout the project,
