What advice would you offer to women getting into the CRE industry? It is critical to carve out room to create relationships, it takes time and a level of vulnerability but the dividends are second to none. The relationships you build in the industry will help you navigate challenges
What advice would you offer to women getting into the CRE industry? Say yes. Lean in. Don’t stay in your lane—if you are in finance, learn about design and construction. If you are in design, learn about finance. Expose yourself to different aspects of the industry.
