What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024?
We had the opportunity to sell a 116-unit apartment complex in Bridgeport CT that just closed on December 12th for $14.1 million. The building had been held by the same family since they built the property 54 years ago.

This past year has been exciting for me as Hancock Village exceeded 1,300 apartment homes with the addition of 501 new single-level and 48 new townhome units, along with the new 25,000 s/f Community Center.
