What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? The Parcel 12 air rights development has been a major part of my life for four years. This complex mixed-use project will feature an office and lab building, a hotel, a retail plaza, and major infrastructure improvements
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? In the past four years, I’ve helped bring thousands of people to The Fenway, establishing a cadence of public programming, including the execution of 75+ events in our first season.
What does it take to succeed in your specific industry? Flexibility, attention to detail, and a “can-do” attitude will help anyone in this industry, but, my success stems from my willingness to jump in, regardless of whether I have experience with the task at hand.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? One of Samuels & Associates’ longstanding values is to be true partners with our local tenants. We are more than a developer or landlord; we are invested in the health of the neighborhood and our tenants.
What does it take to succeed in your specific industry? Success in commercial real estate brokerage is subjective. It is truly an entrepreneurial job, so you get out what you put in. However, it is much easier to be successful with a great team and great mentors. I am lucky to have that at Horvath & Tremblay.
