My journey in the construction business started in college when I was enrolled in the architectural engineering program at Wentworth. My parents have supported me from the beginning by encouraging me to always work hard to achieve my goals.

What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? I started my career full time two years ago and in the past year I started managing my own projects. My greatest achievement was managing the first project and seeing it through from the feasibility stage to construction.
Starting out in the construction business, who or what empowered you? I began my career in Denver, Colorado, with a student internship that turned into permanent employment with the federal government, the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. The bureau offered a rotation program for new engineers that provided me with field experience on large-scale construction jobs.

What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? The project(s) that always stand out are ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys. They are usually large-scale sites and can get very involved.
What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? My team and I completed an 80-foot-deep support of excavation system in Portland, ME, last summer. I was the project manager and design lead.
Starting out in the construction business, who or what empowered you? At the start of my career, I worked as an office manager for a general contractor. The longer I was there, the more I realized ultimately that I wanted to become a project manager.
