Expanding my company’s resources by hiring more staff in leasing, marketing and administration, welcoming new board members, and moving to bigger office space. Bolstered by our strong balance sheet, we are poised to move nimbly and aggressively in 2019 to pursue opportunistic acquisitions in Eastern Mass.

Being recognized on the ENR 400 for the first time at #375. This is a tremendous achievement for having been in business for only 20 years. With ENR as the primary publication for the construction industry, this designation shows our breadth and scope, and cohesiveness as a company, reinforcing NEI as an industry leader in both the Northeast and Southeast. Our success is a testament to the hard work and collaborative effort of our employees.

I took a risk building Hancock Estates, a very high-end apartment complex in Chestnut Hill with finishes that are comparable to the highest end condos in downtown Boston. The building is geared to empty nesters selling their homes in the area, not wanting to leave their neighborhood.  The property offers multiple amenity spaces that gives them a more relaxed lifestyle in their worry free downsized new home. Interior amenities include concierge, café/community room, fitness center, business center/conference room, activity and gaming rooms, with three living rooms.
